Training

The project was delivered successfully, on time and on budget. The delivery team were as prescribed in the pre-qualification stage, co-ordinated at director level throughout the project to a very high standard. Initial scoping meetings, arranged by Rand were extremely useful with early exchange of key information to improve accuracy of outturn reports. The Council was completely satisfied that Rand delivered to our project brief.
