This service remains at the core of what we do today and informs the integrated management plans we produce for clients. Shaped by the protocols and safety standards outlined in the Decent Homes Standard and HHSRS (Housing health and safety rating system) under The Housing Act 2004, within our surveys we can also include:

  • Validations
  • Energy efficiency & EPC's
  • Retrofit assessments

This data is captured using our proprietary software M3Vision, software that is also utilised by landlords for mandatory annual reporting on safety and hazards.
