Our consultants manage this process at a property level with the completion of a comprehensive process which includes:

  • An in-depth survey by a Rand Associates qualified Retrofit Assessor to provide an accurate SAP score and property data.
  • Energy modelling using property data to determine the best measures for each property as well as providing indicative costs and forecast SAP scores.
  • PAS2035 compliant design using Rand qualified PAS2035 Designers.
  • Management of works within the PAS2035 framework.
  • Final sign off works with Trust Mark certification allowing clients to claim Government funding.
  • Retrofit Evaluation undertake once works have been completed to check that they been successful.
