Products
We produce a range of composite schedules, including the social housing industry standard: M3NHF Schedule of Rates (SOR). The M3NHF SOR is a comprehensive system for dealing with responsive day to day and void repairs. It consists of an inclusive list of all commonly needed repairs, with industry standard preliminaries and a contract. The M3NHF Schedule of Rates is used by over 450 social landlords.
Other specialist modules include: Planned Maintenance Module, Works Modules, Servicing Modules, Secondary Modules, Communal Servicing Modules and Model Partnering Contract and Agreement.
