Rand Associates offers Fire Risk Assessments, reviews and guidance on Fire Safety Management. The Regulatory Reform Order requires buildings to have 'suitable and sufficient' assessments made on the risks from fire. Our assessors are trained by the Fire Protection Association (FPA) and we closely monitor revisions and guidance publications on industry best practice.

Our services are common in function but bespoke in delivery, we are aware that different organisations and individuals operate in different ways and we aim to complement existing working patterns by adapting our own techniques to suit those of our clients. From a management point of view there can often be a number of individuals or organisations who are responsible for the fire safety arrangements of a building. We identify the individuals who require the relevant information relating to the fire safety of the building and present the findings in a format that is appropriate and useable dependant on the individual's requirements and existing working practices.
